Heliopic Hotel & Spa

For a 4 star hotel everything was great, I loved to be here. The food was amazing - lots of options. This property was located in a central area not far from centre, Midi gondola, Mont Blanc. I had quick lunch at Monkey, located near the hotel.

Some people working there were not particularly helpful.

Had a wonderful stay for an early morning visit, loved staff and location.

The bathroom was a bit small.

Delightful, impeccably clean place, everything was nice, including staff and location. The room was spotless on wooden table and had TV set with satellite channels, central heating and an individual safe.

The hotel is clean and fairly large with courteous staff and a great pool.

I stayed here 2 nights and I loved it. Extremely comfy bed in double room with a private safe, central heating and a coffee/tea maker. Warm drinks at main bar, friendly service.

Hotel was overall clean and contemporary with best staff and ideal location right near center. The venue room was warm with a shower.

From the bus stop 5 minutes on foot. Welcoming employees in all areas.

I enjoyed my 2 nights stay. All of the staff were decent, attentive. The family room had basic facilities you need, an electric kettle, a private safe and central heating. The location was stunning, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Super U.

We loved perfect location and staff. The restaurant was good, it had delicious dishes.

Sleek, outstanding with a nice lobby. Great area, central location so close to restaurants and city and cable car and aiguille de midi tram.

Outstanding hotel, we loved our stay, it had excellent food and brilliant location right next to the cable car to Aguille du Midi. We got room with nice decor and a decent size bathroom to relax. Got exceptional views.

Breakfast was savoury, amazing views, perfect location so close to centre. The staff were pretty friendly and accommodating, everything was good.

Interesting design, updated and practical rooms and modern staff. Very quick check-in and nice customer service.

I stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was cozy, with unbeatable location just off centre as well as Aiguille du Midi. Plenty of options, outstanding food.

The hotel was lovely little, spotless, in a lovely area. Newly remodelled room with a large bed which I loved. A secluded beach, delightful view. Terrific staff provided a great service.

Buffet breakfast was basic.

Relaxing rooms and impeccable staff - we liked it. Our room had a comfortable bed and a WORTH EVERY PENNY view. Decent location, at walking distance from a diverting two - level museum. The very efficient service was provided in this reasonably priced hotel.

Loved rich breakfast and very comfy bed. The view was particularly nice and our room was well soundproofed. Immaculately clean hotel with efficient staff.

The area was very very poor.

Plentiful breakfast, super-friendly staff, I enjoyed pleasant location. Next to a gondola station, within a walking distance of supermarket and shops. Brilliant service and a heated pool onsite.

Absolutely amazing personnel and top location. Room was welcoming, had essentials, like toiletries, terry bathrobes and shower caps. I loved that the main bar was fairly clean. It was a great experience: D

I appreciated this hotel and stayed for 4 nights. Absolutely fabulous view, a large balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. It was a superb stay, you could leave a car nearby. Amazing restaurant and main bar available...

Hotel was huge and extremely beautiful. The staff was very polite, the place was neat. Large bedrooms with neat beds. Excellent service throughout our stay.

It was really nice time in Chamonix. The rooms were contemporary & really good decorated, the decoration was European. Tasty breakfast, superb service. The location was not bad and had marvellous views.

Superior hotel in a superb place. Superb base for one night. We loved our coffee with goodies at Cafe Bluebird. The stuff was loyal and we will certainly stay here again.

We ate at le little bio, which is only 300 m away, it suited our needs. Pool looked nice. Nice place for a holiday in Chamonix
